Jordan & Andrews was established in 1981 by Jim Jordan and Bob Andrews. Principals Paul Thomson, Kelly Thompson and Amanda Mac Kenzie joined the firm in 1989, 1991 and 1998. We have 25 employees doing work that is divided primarily between two areas: The design of qualified retirement plans and the annual administration of such plans.
Our clients include all types of businesses, including regular corporations (publicly-traded or closely-held), self-employed persons, subchapter-S corporations, partnerships, LLP’s, LLC’s and non-profit organizations. The 1300 plans we manage can range in size from 1 participant to thousands of participants.
We are not a firm of data input people, with just one or two consultants who actually know what they are doing. Instead, each administrator is fully trained in the law and regulations of retirement plans.
Since the administration of retirement plans is highly technical, we stress continuous training for all of our administrators.
We strive to provide the best personal service, at fair prices. We appoint a principal and an administrator for each Plan, as well as a team administrative assistant. We want someone to be available to answer client telephone calls every time.
We have been in business over 25 years, with the same business philosophy throughout. Our firm is independent and not for sale. We have 25 people in our firm and we provide services to over 1,300 plans.
